Your initial visits to Elevation Family Chiropractic are all about getting to know you and your needs. We’ll make sure we know exactly what’s going on in your body and how to address your problems. You’ll know how long it will take and feel fully informed moving forward with care.

Phone Call

When you give our office a call, we will collect some basic information for us to better understand how we can serve you. We are a fee for service practice, meaning we collect payment at the time of service. Many patients with chiropractic benefits are still able to receive reimbursement for all or some of their visits. We recommend calling your insurance company to verify your coverage prior to scheduling because some plans require pre-approval. For each appointment you will receive a superbill that contains a diagnosis code and a treatment code that you will then mail to your insurance company for reimbursement.

 

No insurance benefits for chiropractic? No problem. A discount is offered to all of our cash paying patients and we offer great family plans to ensure care is affordable for everyone.

 

At the end of our phone call, we will email you the intake forms ahead of time so that you can fill them out at your convenience. This also helps the doctor to prepare prior to your first visit but if you choose to fill out your intake forms on your first visit please be prepared to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. 



Your First Visit

This visit takes anywhere from 30-60 min depending on the number of family members that need to be scanned.  We'll begin with a tour of our wellness center and show you a short video about what we do & how we can help you. Then you’ll meet with your doctor for a consultation to discuss your concerns and health history. Next, we’ll do state-of-the-art neurological scans to find the problem areas in your body. You’ll then be scheduled for a follow-up visit later that day or on a subsequent day. 



Your Second Visit

This visit takes about 30 minutes.  After your doctor has had time to analyze and interpret your neuro-scans, he will go over the results of your COREScore with you. Based on your neuro-scans, we’ll give your our best recommendations for care in order to reach your goals. If applicable, we’ll also review your insurance coverage before we start any type of care. If you opt for care, you will receive your first adjustment on this 2nd visit.



Care Plans

The amount of time you choose to benefit from chiropractic care is entirely up to you. We don’t have contracts and there’s no obligation to start or continue with care. You can change or cancel your care plan at anytime. The results of your neuro-scans & COREScore will guide our recommendations toward what we feel will get you the best results based on your goals. Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide what you want to do. We have a wide range of very affordable care plans for individuals and families. 



Adjustments

Your regular visits only take a few minutes so you can get in, get adjusted and get on with your day. Our schedule is very flexibile.  We use a variety of techniques based on the needs & preferences of the adult, child or parent.  We perform re-scans & get a new COREScore after every 12 adjustments so that we know exactly how much progress you’re making and if anything needs to be changed in your care plan.



Educational Resources

We have an extensive library of books that you can check out. Periodically we also hold ‘Ask The Doctors’ workshops. You have the opportunity to ask your questions to a panel of doctors from a variety of specialties (DC, MD, ND, LAc & Homeopath). Be sure to ask about our next workshop.
